Services / Devenia Send

Make large email attachments small enough to send.

Devenia Send helps when Gmail or Google Workspace says a PDF, image, or video is too large. The web tool is live, and the Gmail extension is waiting for Chrome Web Store review.

The moment matters.

People do not need file theory when an attachment fails. They need the file made smaller, with the right limit for the recipient, and a clear next step.

What it does

The file is checked against the email limit before the user sends it.

Devenia Send starts with the practical question: how small does this file need to be for the recipient? The web tool supports common email limits, shows the size target, and helps prepare a smaller file.

The Gmail extension is designed to move this help closer to the failed attachment moment. It can detect the problem, send the user to the right Devenia Send flow, and keep the copy honest about what is happening.

We do not need to store recipient email addresses for this. The useful part is the domain after the @ sign, because that tells us which provider and attachment limit are likely involved.

Why this belongs under services

The product is simple, but the service is getting a usable result.

Detect the limit.

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Yahoo, Proton, and other providers do not all behave the same.

Make the file smaller.

PDFs, images, and videos need different tools and different quality checks.

Keep it honest.

The user should know what changed, what did not change, and when a manual review is smarter.
