Managed Tech Services / Devenia
Your outsourced technical layer.
Hosting, DNS, email, Cloudflare, WordPress operations, spam filtering, privacy, and security work handled by people who understand the whole stack.
Use the email button and include the systems involved, the symptoms, and what a useful outcome looks like.
We handle the technical mess.
When hosting, email, DNS, security, or WordPress breaks, someone competent still has to own it.
Operational cover
We become the practical tech team when the business does not need one full time.
Hosting acting up? Email not arriving? DNS needs changing? Cloudflare misconfigured? A plugin update broke something? We deal with the technical layer, the vendors, and the diagnosis so your team does not lose time explaining the same problem three times.
The point is not to sell a retainer by default. The point is to make the technical base reliable, documented, and calm enough that it stops interrupting the business.
What we manage
The boring infrastructure that becomes urgent when it fails.
Hosting and servers
Server management, uptime monitoring, backups, migrations, performance cleanup, and recovery planning. Keep the sites running and know what to do when they do not.
Email systems
Mailbox setup, migrations, DNS authentication, deliverability problems, spam filtering, and practical troubleshooting when important email does not arrive.
Cloudflare and CDN
Cloudflare configuration, cache rules, SSL, security settings, redirects, DDoS protection, and performance decisions that fit the actual site.
DNS and domains
DNS changes, propagation issues, domain transfers, record management, HTTPS setup, certificate renewals, and mixed-content cleanup.
WordPress operations
Updates, plugin choices, conflicts, backups, monitoring, warnings, forms, admin issues, and careful recovery after something breaks.
Security and privacy
Security hardening, OSINT exposure checks, executive privacy, leak monitoring, and incident response when something suspicious has happened.
Privacy and security work needs discretion.
We do not name managed-tech clients. We do not discuss what we do for them. Infrastructure, email, security, executive privacy, and incident response work only functions when confidentiality is treated as part of the service.
Where this matters
- OSINT and exposure checks: what can be found about the company or leadership before someone hostile uses it.
- Executive privacy: reducing digital footprints and making personal information harder to weaponize.
- Security hardening: fixing weak defaults, risky access, stale plugins, poor DNS records, and fragile recovery paths.
- Incident response: assess damage, contain the problem, document the next move, and get normal operations back.
How the work is shaped
Choose the support model after the problem is understood.
Retainer
Monthly cover for companies that need regular technical support, priority response, proactive monitoring, and someone who already understands the setup.
On-demand
Call when something breaks or gets stuck. Useful when the company has occasional technical issues but does not need ongoing support.
Project-based
Fixed-scope work such as migrations, Cloudflare cleanup, DNS rebuilds, security audits, infrastructure setup, or recovery planning.
Common questions
How much does managed tech support cost?
It depends on the scope, urgency, and response expectation. Small retainers can cover basic recurring support. More complex infrastructure, security, or privacy work needs a clearer brief before pricing is sensible.
What is included in a retainer?
Usually a set amount of support time, priority handling, vendor communication, monitoring or check-ins, and practical work across hosting, email, DNS, Cloudflare, WordPress, and security.
Can you work with our existing hosting, domain, or email vendor?
Yes. A lot of the value is in dealing with the vendors, reading the technical evidence, and making the right change without creating a second problem.
Is this only for emergencies?
No. Emergency help is one use case. The better outcome is often preventing repeat failures: weak DNS records, fragile backups, unclear access, bad plugin choices, unmonitored forms, or undocumented Cloudflare rules.
When the technical setup keeps interrupting work
Ask what needs to be stabilized first.
Use the email button and include the URL, the systems involved, what is failing or worrying you, and what outcome would be useful. We will reply in writing with the sensible first move.
