We’re excited to announce the release of MCP Abilities – Wordfence v1.0.2, a new add-on for MCP Expose Abilities that brings Wordfence security management to the Abilities API.
What’s New
This plugin adds 8 new abilities for managing Wordfence Security directly through the MCP API:
- wordfence/get-status – Get overall security status including firewall mode, last scan time, and issue counts
- wordfence/list-blocked-ips – List all currently blocked IP addresses
- wordfence/block-ip – Block an IP address temporarily or permanently
- wordfence/unblock-ip – Remove an IP from the block list
- wordfence/list-scan-issues – List security issues found by scans
- wordfence/list-lockouts – List IPs locked out from failed logins
- wordfence/unlock-ip – Remove an IP from the lockout list
- wordfence/whitelist-ip – Add an IP to the allowlist
